1. All players should make two teams

2. String up a net (with rope or a long bed sheet)

3. Prepare a few balloons

1. Begin the activity, by instructing the 1st team with the balloon to hit it over the net to the next team. The other team then strikes it back

2. If a team fails to hit the balloon, or the balloon hits the floor – the other team gets a point

3. Choose a time limit for each round.

The group with the greatest score in a given series of rounds is the winner.
